Bracing yourself when another dog gets a bit too close, another owner doesn't register your attempts to get away, or the jackpot... an off lead dog comes running up towards yours. Your dog barks and lunges and your soul leaves your body.
The colour drains from your face, your knuckles turn white holding onto the lead, and you just want to get out of there.

How does it work?

Reach out to me
Get in touch to let me know what you would like support with and ask me any questions you may have about the process.
You will receive a questionnaire to complete about your dog, a referral form for your dog's vet to complete, and further information about working with me. We will arrange a suitable date to book your dog's behaviour consultation and this date will be confirmed once I have received your completed forms and payment.

Consultation
We will have your dog's behaviour consultation either at your home or online which usually lasts about 2 hours. I will ask you some questions and observe, then make an assessment of what I believe is happening.
Then we will discuss the best way forward for everyone and begin to implement the first stage of your bespoke action plan.

Reports
You and your dog's vet will receive a detailed written report to cover my assessment, and give you a written step-by-step guide to refer back to as you begin to implement your plan.
(Additional notes will be provided after follow-up sessions whenever new information has been discussed).

Follow-ups
You will have two follow-up sessions of up to 60 minutes* included which will allow me to see how the plan is working, add in the next stages if ready, and problem solve anything that hasn't quite gone to plan. Additional follow ups can then be arranged according to your needs.

Initial behaviour support package £360*
This package includes:
- A whole-picture assessment with supporting information from your dog's vet and video analysis of any footage you send
- An initial 2 hour consultation at your home or online for me to observe and gather further information
- A structured, bespoke plan to work through together to help you work towards reaching your realistic goals
- 2x 60 minute follow-up sessions to allow us to set a manageable pace
- Detailed reports and supporting information for you to refer back to between sessions and beyond
Additional follow-up sessions can be booked from £60* per hour.
If you would like me to support you even further, if there are a number of areas to work on that require more time, or if you would prefer to set a much slower pace, additional sessions of up to 60 minutes each can be booked on a pay as you go basis to suit your needs.
If you know you would like more than one additional session, there is a discounted rate if you book 3 sessions at a time:
